Thank you for your interest in one of our properties.   Whether you rent or rent to own, we want to see you happy in your new home.  If you choose the RENT TO OWN option, we aim to see you become a homeowner, and even offer OWNER FINANCING after your term of living in your new home if we see that you have diligently worked on fixing your credit. PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS HERE CAREFULLY.  

Please fill out the application for expedite processing of moving into your next home! It may take you some time to fill it out, but THERE IS NO UPFRONT APPLICATION FEE!  If we get to the point of running your credit, there will be a $25 fee you pay directly to the credit bureau company for the credit and background check.   Please be as thorough and honest about everything as you possibly can because we check your applications thoroughly and any information left off of your application will be considered in our selection of the person given the opportunity to move in to their home.   As long as you explain everything in detail, you do not need to worry about any negative marks on your credit so long as you've been upfront about it.  We understand fully that this economy has affected everyone in some way or another.  ALL INFORMATION IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND NEVER SHARED WITH ANYONE BUT ZION!

Also, if you haven't taken a look at your credit, you are allowed to do so once a year for FREE.Here is a site run by the credit bureaus that gives you access to your credit reports for free.  You will want to know what is on your credit to determine the length of time you'll need to fix your credit.  The authorzation form can be scanned and emailed to www.ZionProperties@roadrunner.com
